PathCheck SafePlaces is an official app developed and published by the PathCheck Foundation. Its primary purpose is to assist in COVID-19 exposure notification and contract tracing in several jurisdictions including Haiti, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Teton County, Wyoming.

The PathCheck app allows users to discreetly record and store the places they visit on their phones. Users can also subscribe to local Healthcare Authorities to receive up-to-date information regarding COVID-19 in their area.
